Personal - Cesar hails from Mexico but was raised in Fresno, CA...He is the son of Catalina and Jesus Rodriguez and has three sisters and one brother...Cesar is a Business Admistration major with a focus in Finance.
Prior to FPU - Cesar ran at Fresno City College under Coach Gary Bluth...He was named All-Conference for two years and All-American for cross country and track.
